How to Deposit at Topexchange.io?
The first step to deposit funds is to open a Topexchange account. You can deposit after you pass identity verification process and place deposit order via bank wire from your wallet dashboard.
Why is my deposit not showing up?
- Check the order status. If it is still pending, that means the deposit hasn’t yet reached our bank, or you forgot to include the order ID (without a reference, deposits cannot be automatically assigned to your account).
- Check your transfer receipt to make sure you correctly entered our bank details.
- Check if there are any banking holidays.

Why have I not received the total deposit amount?
Sometimes there is a difference between the amount sent from your bank and what we receive. This might be caused by intermediary or correspondent banks (banks between your bank and our bank account) charging fees or even exchanging the funds en route to a different currency because the destination country uses a different currency than the transaction currency. We highly recommend you ask your bank to determine the most favourable route for the transfer as a preventive measure against monetary losses.
How to buy Crypto?
Once you have deposited funds they will appear in your balance. On your wallet dashboard choose Buy Coins and choose the amount in EUR you want to spend to buy Bitcoins. You need to provide BTC wallet owned by you where we will transfer the amount of Bitcoins you have purchased.
What are the Payment methods?
At the moment we offer only bank wire transfers through SEPA.
Do I need to verify my identity to purchase on Topexchange.io?
Yes, all customers need to verify their identity before they can purchase cryptocurrency.
